Jodrell Bank is:

Jodrell Bank is 20 miles south of Manchester on the A535 between Junctions 17 and 18 of the M6 motorway. Click here for a map.
Visitors driving from Manchester should follow the A34 through Wilmslow, turning right on to the A535 just before Alderley Edge Railway station. The A535 is signposted Chelford and Holmes Chapel.
Visitors arriving along the M6 should leave the motorway at Junction 18, take the A54 into Holmes Chapel, and then the A535 (Signposted Chelford). Alternatively, if arriving from the South, follow the A50 from Newcastle-under-Lyme, turning right on to the A535 at Holmes Chapel.
There is no public transport to within walking distance of the observatory.
The site is a fully accessible site.

Coaches will be available from Manchester for £14.50 return through Ticketline.

Food & Drink
There will be a hand-picked selection of delicious food & drink stalls.
There will be bars at the event! We will operate a Challenge 25 policy so please bring I.D if you are fortunate to look under 25.
There is one main stage in the arena but there will also be some other activities going on before the music, plus there is free entry to the new Jodrell Bank visitor centre.
There will be a sufficient number of toilets at the event.
There will be a cash machine at the event, but make sure you bring enough cash with you as you don’t want to spend your time at the event stood in a queue!
There are no age restrictions.

Leaving the site
Please respect our neighbours and leave the site quietly. We also ask that you leave the site as you find it and make sure you dispose of litter in the bins provided.
Can I bring in my own alcohol?
No. Our licence does not permit it but fear not there will be enough bars for you to get yourself a drink.
Can I bring a dog?
Dogs are not permitted.
There will be security at the festival to ensure that everyone is safe and looked after. There will also be trained First Aid onsite too. If you have any issues please make sure you seek assistance they are there to help.
